Items will ship within five business days, with notification should there be any delays.

Items are shipped via Canada Post untracked letter mail, unless otherwise specified.

International shipping is not available at this time.

local pick-up

Local pick-up is available for those in the North Bay, ON region. Customers will be contacted with pick-up information when the package is ready.

returns

Unfortunately, due to the small-batch and/or one-of-a-kind nature of the items, returns are not available at this time.
